We offer a 30-day period for refunds to users who have not downloaded any files from their plan.

To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase expiry date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

How to get a refund for a Pricing plan

After purchasing a Pricing plan, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.

We won’t reimburse you if you forget to cancel your plan before the renewal date.  You can’t request a refund if you have downloaded one or more files.

To request a refund, contact our Customer Support within 30 days of the purchase or plan renewal of the Pricing plan. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

How to return downloads to a customer account

If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, Cliqnclix can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, return downloads to customer accounts.

The user can submit a request to Support Service and indicate their login, the file identification number, and reason(s) for their complaint.

Cliqnclix reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with the user to reach a fair and equitable resolution, up to and including full reimbursement of all expenses associated with that purchase.

Discounts & promo codes

If the user has a discount, they can take advantage of it at checkout. Discounts apply to single purchase only.

A promo code is valid for one-time use only.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and no adjustment can be made on previous purchases.
